For some reason, it seems like the fall is coming as soon as the Fourth of July is over. However, I am determined to enjoy every last minute of sunshine & warmth this time of year has to offer. I have been up to the lake several times this month, but this was my favorite beach look.

I didn’t know if I was gonna be able to rock the vintage inspired high-waist style, but it is just perfectly STYLESILIKE for a curvy gal like me. This H&M button down was a solid cover-up, and I basically don’t go anywhere this summer (the bar, the office, or the beach) without wearing my Birks.

As much as I love spending time in the sun and on the beach with my loved ones, I know we also have to be mindful of protecting our skin.
