My family recently took a trip to Florida, which included a visit to the most magical place on Earth – Disney World! A few weeks previous, Bow & Drape reached out to me to feature their new summer arrivals on Styles I Like. I looked through the MANY ways to make my garment my own, and I decided to customize my Striped Flare Dress with the purple flower appliqués. When I received it on Memorial Day Weekend, it instantly felt special enough to save for an occasion… like our visit to Cinderella’s Castle.

It was the first garment I packed in my suitcase. Playing around in the Magic Kingdom with my sisters/photographers, Mary Kate & Meghan, I realized how fab this dress is even for casual moments. Florida humidity and my crazy hair do not get along, so I chose a sleek bun as my hairstyle of choice. Curly readers – take note! Finally, with my Lands’ End tote in hand, I was ready for rides!

My silver metallic sandals from Old Nay (similar) were the right match for the summery striped dress, but my favorite accent of the garment is the understated sparkle.
